Fab-Form Zee™ T-Bracket for ICF T-Walls

The Zee™ T-Bracket changes the way you build T-junctions in ICF walls. Instead of buying bulky T-blocks, you make your own T-junctions on site from standard blocks and Zee brackets, and you eliminate marriage lines at each junction. Each marriage line takes approximately 40 minutes to cut, reinforce with 1x4s and strip, so the labor adds up quickly.

Each Zee weighs just 2.9 lb and installs with 1-1/2″ x #8 deck screws. It works with all ICFs that have the ties molded into the foam. Zees also strengthen window bracing and keep it at 90 degrees, and they reinforce offset corners without ripping plywood or wasting dimensional lumber. They can be reused many times, so their effective cost is minimal.

The brackets are made of high quality nickel-plated steel and will withstand years of rental.
