Fab-Form Zuckle™ Wall Aligner – ICF Wall Alignment Turnbuckle

The Zuckle™ Wall Aligner is the adjustable kicker in Fab-Form’s Zont™ ICF bracing system. Instead of cranking a turnbuckle by hand, you adjust the wall with an electric drill and a 7/16″ (11 mm) hex driver, and one driver is included in every box. The contractor nails the angled plate of the Zuckle to the footing, which gives the kicker a solid base.

The frame and end are made from 4.5 mm (7 gauge) steel plate, nickel plated for long life. A trapezoidal thread is built for durability and sheds concrete as it turns. The Zuckle is rated for 1,800 lbf (8 kN) in tension and 1,700 lbf (7.6 kN) in compression when extended, both at a 200% factor of safety.

With proper maintenance, Zuckles last a very long time. Every five uses, put a few drops of oil at the washer end of the sleeve and spin the attachment flange, then grease the threads with a toothbrush dipped in grease.
