Quick answers
Can I buy from TruForm ICF online or in store?
Yes, both. Our online store offers ICF, bracing, waterproofing, fiberglass rebar and other concrete building supplies for pickup in Mississauga or delivery across the GTA and Ontario. You can also buy in person at our Mississauga location and pay at our card terminal.
How do I pay?
By the payment methods shown at checkout or accepted in store, including major credit cards. Card payments are handled by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
What currency and taxes apply?
Prices are in Canadian dollars. HST and other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, at 335 Admiral Blvd., Unit 9, Mississauga, once we confirm your order is ready.
Can I cancel or return an order?

Who we are
TruForm ICF Inc. (“TruForm”, “we”, “us”) is an authorized distributor of IntegraSpec insulated concrete forms and related building products, located at 335 Admiral Blvd., Unit 9, Mississauga, Ontario L5T 2N2. We operate truformicf.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes related to researching and buying our products and services. You agree not to hack, disrupt, overload or scrape the site, introduce malicious code, submit false information, or use the site to arrange sales to sanctioned or restricted parties. We may restrict access if these rules are broken. The site is provided as is, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
Product and technical information
Descriptions, dimensions, specifications, images, videos and downloads on this site are for general information only. Manufacturer manuals, engineering tables and signed quotes take precedence if they differ from the website. Every project must be reviewed by a qualified design professional, and the adopted edition of the Ontario Building Code and local requirements must be confirmed before you build. Use of our products is at your own risk and must follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Quotes and pricing
A quote is an estimate based on the drawings and information you gave us. It is valid for the period stated on it, and prices, availability and lead times may change until we confirm your order in writing. Quantities estimated from drawings are not a guarantee of the amount you will need, so please confirm your own takeoff. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders and payment
An order, whether placed online, in store or from a quote, is accepted when we confirm it in writing. Payment is due as set out at checkout, on your quote or on your invoice, and we may require payment or a deposit before we release or deliver an order. Credit terms for approved trade accounts are subject to approval and can be withdrawn. Overdue invoice amounts may be subject to interest and collection costs. Until an order is paid in full, we keep the legal rights a seller has in the goods to the extent the law allows.
Online store and checkout
When you order through our online store, you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your province and that the billing, delivery and contact information you give us is accurate and complete. We may ask you to create an account. After you place an order we email you a confirmation with the items, prices, taxes, delivery charges and total. We make every effort to display product details and availability accurately, but errors can occur. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, a product that is unavailable, an address we cannot deliver to, or suspected fraud, and if we do we will refund any amount you have paid.
Payment cards and security
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by third-party payment processors that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You enter your card details on the processor’s secure payment form, and they are sent to the processor over an encrypted connection. TruForm ICF does not see or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. We receive only limited details, such as the card brand, the last four digits and the approval status.
By placing an order you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge the total to your payment method. You must be authorized to use the card you provide. We may run fraud checks that delay, hold or cancel an order. The terms of your card issuer and the processor also apply. If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. For your protection, never send full card details to us by email, text or chat.
In-store purchases
You can buy from us in person at 335 Admiral Blvd., Unit 9, Mississauga, and pay with the payment methods we accept in store, including major credit and debit cards. In-store card payments are made on a payment terminal where you insert, tap or swipe your card and, where required, enter your PIN. The terminal sends your card details directly to our PCI DSS compliant payment processor in encrypted form, and TruForm ICF does not record or store your full card number, expiry date or security code. You receive a receipt for every purchase. HST and other applicable taxes are added to your total. Our cancellation, returns, claims and warranty terms in this document also apply to in-store purchases.
Taxes, currency and pricing errors
All online prices are in Canadian dollars. HST and other applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on where the order is picked up or delivered. Delivery charges are shown at checkout or on your quote. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if we have already confirmed it.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@truformicf.com or 647-325-2290. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been picked up, shipped or ordered from the manufacturer. Special-order, cut and custom items may not be cancellable once they have been ordered or produced. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and your bank or card issuer may take several business days to post them.
Pickup and delivery
You can pick up your order at our Mississauga location or have it delivered to your jobsite across the GTA and Ontario. Delivery is arranged and priced per order, and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Someone must be on site to receive the delivery and the jobsite must have safe truck access. Please check your order on arrival and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt. Risk passes to you when the goods are picked up or delivered.
Returns and claims
Returns need our written approval before the goods come back. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging, and a restocking fee and return freight may apply. Cut, custom-ordered and special-order items cannot be returned. Report shipping damage, shortages or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve it. Claims reported later may not be accepted. If you are buying as a consumer, these terms do not limit your rights under Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law.
Product warranty
Products we supply are covered only by the manufacturer’s written warranty, such as the IntegraSpec limited warranty, and only when installed and used as the manufacturer directs. This website does not create a warranty. To the extent the law permits, we disclaim all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Installation, training and build services
Installation, build, consulting and training services are provided under a separate written agreement or quote that sets out the scope, price and schedule. Information sessions and training are for education and do not replace the advice of your engineer, architect or building official.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, TruForm is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profit, delay costs or project downtime, arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party links and businesses
The site may link to other websites, manufacturers, installers or professionals. They are independent of TruForm, and we do not control or endorse their content, services or practices. Any agreement you make with them is between you and them.
Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, graphics, logos and layout, belongs to TruForm, IntegraSpec or their licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print it for your own project use. Any other use needs our written permission. IntegraSpec and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
Privacy
We collect, use and protect personal and payment information as described in our privacy policy, in line with Canada’s PIPEDA. By using the site or placing an order you acknowledge that policy.
What you send us
When you send us drawings, photos or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them. We use them to respond to you and prepare quotes and will not publish them without your consent. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply interruptions, severe weather, transportation delays, labour disruptions and government action. If supply is limited, we may allocate available product among customers.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of Ontario, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim elsewhere. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site or a new order after a change means you accept the updated terms. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in place when they were confirmed.
