Add ICF to your services.
Why add ICF
Fewer steps. Faster jobs.
ICF puts structure, insulation, air barrier and furring into one wall, so your crew spends less time on site and gets to the next job sooner.
The forms are lightweight and stay in place, so there is nothing to strip, and the foam insulates curing concrete so you can keep working into the colder months with standard cold-weather practice. Most concrete and framing crews can install ICF once they have done it. What stops people is the first job, so we train and certify your crew and support you through your first pour.
Offering ICF also opens custom home, multi-unit and commercial work that framing-only crews cannot bid. We supply IntegraSpec ICF, bracing, fiberglass rebar and waterproofing, with takeoffs and delivery to your site.

How does ICF certification work?
Complete the basic session for Basic Certification. After two concrete pours you receive Installer Certification with a wallet card.
Can you help on our first pour?

IntegraSpec ICF, bracing, fiberglass rebar and waterproofing, with material takeoffs and delivery to your site across the GTA and Ontario.
