The Fab-Form Zeveler™ is a nickel-plated steel bracket that levels an ICF wall over an out-of-level footing. Adjust it with an electric drill, then fill the gap with foam. It is faster than wooden wedges and avoids cutting the bottom of your blocks.

The Zeveler™ bracket is ideal for leveling an ICF wall on top of a footing that is out of level. Pairs of Zevelers are installed 8 ft on center around the perimeter of the bottom two levels of ICF blocks, then adjusted to level the wall perfectly. A laser is used to confirm the wall is 100% level. The space between the bottom of the wall and the footing is then filled with ICF non-expansive spray foam.
The 7/16″ socket head uses the same driver as Fab-Form’s other products, so you adjust with an electric drill. The Acme-threaded rod is built for long life. The bottom of the Zeveler has a rounded head that makes point contact with the concrete footing, which stops the base of the rod from walking on the footing.
Zevelers are screwed to the ICF webs with two #8 x 1-1/2″ deck screws. Longer screws won’t work, because the thread doesn’t extend far enough. Non-expansive foam glue spot attaches the bottom of the block to the footing, which keeps the foam from lifting the wall. Once the spot glue has cured, in about two hours, the gap between the footing and wall is filled with a continuous bead of foam. Zevelers work even with step footings.
